    Time Machine Print

Print-on-demand for moments worth holding onto.

    Time Machine Print
    Overview

Time Machine Print is a deliberate counter-move to the infinite scroll. Upload a year of photos, voice notes, and screenshots; we lay it out, print it on archival stock, bind it, and ship it. One book a year, made to outlast the cloud account it came from.

    01 / Problem

    Memories are stored, not held

We take more photos than any generation in history and look at almost none of them. They live behind a login, ranked by an algorithm, durable only as long as a subscription is. Physical artifacts — the photo album, the printed letter — are doing better than the cloud at the one job storage is for: still being there in twenty years.

    02 / Approach

    Slow media, by design

Time Machine Print isn't trying to be the fastest or the cheapest photo book. It's trying to be the one you actually keep on a shelf. Every constraint — once a year, archival materials, opinionated layout — is a feature.

    01

    One book a year

An annual cadence forces curation. Quality of the archive goes up; decision fatigue goes down.

    02

    Layout you don't fight

An AI-assisted composer proposes a full draft from your year. You approve or nudge — you don't drag rectangles for six hours.

    03

    Made to last

Acid-free paper, smyth-sewn binding, linen cover. Built to be a hundred-year object, not a seasonal gift.

    What the product does

    • 01

      Upload anything

Photos, screenshots, voice memos, short clips (printed as QR with transcript). One inbox per year.

    • 02

      Auto-curated draft

A first pass groups your year by month, theme, and people, then proposes a full layout in minutes.

    • 03

      Soft-touch editing

Swap a spread, mute a month, write a caption. No infinite tool palette — five verbs, total.

    • 04

      Archival production

120gsm uncoated text stock, smyth-sewn binding, linen-wrapped board cover, foil stamped spine.

    • 05

      Annual reorder

One click on a previous year reissues a fresh copy — for a parent, a future you, a gift.

Photos I haven't seen in a year, in a book I'll still own in twenty.
